When does byJené ship orders?
Orders will be shipped same day before 3.30pm. Orders are sent out during working days & will not be dispatched over the weekend. Shipping time frames are an estimate & are not guaranteed.
What are the estimated delivery times for orders? (From Date of Postage):
- Ireland – An Post Express (Up to 3 working days)
- Northern Ireland – DHL Tracked (Up to 3 working days)
- United Kingdom – An Post Express (Up to 5 working days)
- Europe – DHL (Up to 5 working days)
Can delivery times for orders be delayed?
Please note that delivery times may be extended during bank holidays and busy seasonal periods. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, postal services may experience delays beyond our control.

Will I have to pay customs duties or VAT on Fada orders?
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees. Important: These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our checkout price.
